Award Winning Branded & B2B Podcast Agency Services
Don't be mediocre. Make a show your audience can't get enough of, with meaningful, measurable impact.
Working with an award-winning B2B podcast agency has already helped these brands grow:
This is what End-to-End Branded Podcast Production looks like
Done right, a branded podcast is your most powerful marketing asset. It's the most honest, raw line of communication you'll get with your audience, and it builds trust and long-term relationships that get you real, measurable impact. It's your controlled, curated brand reputation, and an endless well of content for your whole marketing team.
It's also really fun. But making a successful branded podcast happen is more than just pressing record or cutting down an interview. It means real research into your audience and your goals. An ROI plan. Meaningful analysis of impact. And a team of podcast creatives who know how to turn your expertise into the kind of show real people connect with and keep coming back to.
That's a lot of work, and you can see very quickly the fair amount of low-quality or often outright sloppy content where that work is being skipped. Those are the shows that fail.
But you won't have to worry about that because Lower Street handles everything. We're a branded and B2B podcast agency. With us, your show gets dedicated experts in production, video and audio editing, audience development, and project management from our global team of full-time, in-house creatives. Whether you're starting with an idea in mind or still figuring out how a podcast fits into your marketing strategy, we'll make it easy for you to come out with an awesome show that keeps proving its value for your brand.
We also know that every show and every client is different and has different needs. Our production process adapts to you.
If you're not sure about anything you see here, or there's something you don't see, reach out for a call. We can talk about what does work for you.
That said, here's an overview of an average partnership with us.
Let's get going.
“From the Lower Street team’s support for our idea, the research for key stories, and the creativity of the team with voice acting and sound design, they’ve all gone above and beyond. Lower Street took production to a new level, creating a rich narrative podcast that was a real stand-out show. Nickel & Crime became an engaging entry point for our B2B listeners and educational content for individuals.”
The Best Podcast for Your Brand
A show you're proud to show off.
An audience that can't get enough of it.
Meaningful and measurable impact.
And a team that makes it easy and fun.
The Launch Phase
A branded podcast that cuts through the noise, grows a dedicated audience, and has real business impact means not skipping the important foundational part.
What makes a show good ultimately isn't the format you choose, or the host, or even the topics. What makes a branded podcast good is when all of those decisions are made with a deep understanding of your goals, audience, what you have to offer, and what's already out there.
The launch phase has creative strategy sessions, workshops, brainstorming sessions, and audience and competitor research. The fun all starts rather quickly!
We'll also work simultaneously on visual mock-ups for the show's art and branding, select music and a host (or hosts), design the set, and run hands-on workshops, such as host coaching, to keep everyone involved informed and confident.
On the tech side, we use this time to figure out what recording looks like for your show, be that in a physical recording studio, an in-office or at-home setup, or some other combination of remote and in-studio. In any case, we'll take care of everything, from sourcing studios and arranging recordings to managing file hand-offs. All you need to know is that we'll make you sound and look your best regardless.
In launch, we also set up distribution, design custom assets like original artwork from our in-house designer, choose and train your host, and build out a plan for audience growth.
Below are some of the key features you can expect.
Sounds like what I'm looking for
Get to Know Your Production Crew
Your main contact is your designated producer. They're the person you can rely on to manage the whole thing and make it as seamless as possible for you. They'll also be the main creative force on the project. Writing scripts, crafting episodes, coming up with fresh ideas and angles, and everything else that needs creative insight. (So, everything.)
But a show is more than a single producer. We offer a complete in-house team of full-time podcast creatives for all aspects of production.
The content and overall project management belong with our executive producers and producers. Our post-production team has dedicated sound designers and video editors. And our audience development specialists will take care of research, growth and promotion opportunities, and strategy.
Launch Strategy and Creative Workshops
We sit down with you to map your goals, understand your audience, and determine a creative strategy that isn't based on guesswork. Your audience development specialist does research to find out things like who your target audience is, what their content habits are, and where there are opportunities.
They'll get a complete picture of the existing shows in your market (good and bad), so we can find the best opportunity to stand out. The team will also guide you through workshops to firm up your understanding of who your audience is and what both you and they get out of the relationship. So don't worry if that doesn't feel clear yet; we know how to get you there.
Measurement and Reporting Strategy
You shouldn't have to guess if your show is working. We design the show around metrics that give real human signals. Like whether people are actually listening all the way through, and feed that back into growing the show. We also make the reporting clear and easy for you, with decks and analysis, so you can bring real proof back to your leadership.
Creative Development and Planning
You don't want just another interview show, and you don't want your show to fade into the sea of mediocrity in the new AI internet.
We don't take the creative process lightly. Good production and good distribution will only get you so far; the real secret to success is having a good idea. We want to make you the show that makes all your competitors wish they'd thought of it first.
It's more fun that way anyway.
Custom, Human-Designed Artwork and Visual Asset Creation
Your show's art is the first impression you make. It's gotta be a good one.
Podcast art is an important signal to listeners, and both the strategy and the artistic side of its creation need intention. It needs to grab attention, give the right information, attract the right people, and it needs to look good.
We have an in-house designer who specialises in exactly that. We'll work with you to draft some ideas and finalise art that will look as good as your show will sound. Which is to say, incredible.
In the launch phase, we use the artwork development as the guideline for all the other visual assets, such as video elements, promotional materials, and YouTube thumbnails.
Your YouTube packaging is nearly as important as the content if your goal is discoverability.
Need to work within brand guidelines? No problem! We do a ton of that.
Host Coaching
An okay host will do a good job and keep listeners if the content is good. A great host will make the audience feel connected to the show so that they come back for the host's personality.
Being a good host isn't just a trait you either have or don't have. It's a teachable skill, and we're great teachers. We help your host feel confident, get the most out of their interviews, and build real connection with the audience.
Our in-house coaches work with them one-on-one, with a focus on both video and audio-only shows.
Host Sourcing
If you're selecting internally, we help you identify the right profile based on your goals and what we know works for the skill set. We will also help you source and hire a professional to be your host. We'll help guide you toward the best options based on the show format, what the research shows your audience will resonate with, and logistics.
All you'll have to think about is who you like.
Optimal Show Title and Description
We get the whole team involved in this. We call it a "name-storm." It's really fun, actually. A title needs to be clear, memorable, have keywords, and grab the right attention.
The brainstorm brief includes the brand goals, audience, creative direction, etc. We also do copyright and existing content research, so we know your show is literally unique. The show description also has to be clear and strategic, and still have personality.
We'll develop a title and description that will show off your brand the way you want, and also serve discoverability. We base it on keyword research and our own learned expertise on what makes a show stand out.
Distribution Set-Up
The RSS feed is the feed that Apple, Spotify, and all the other podcast players pull from. We'll determine and set up the best hosting platform based on your show's specific needs.
For distribution in the marketing sense, we'll help you strategise repurposing your content for your various channels, and we'll build that strategy seamlessly into the production process.
That can be in the form of short- or long-form clips on different platforms, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and other opportunities in your industry, like conference or live event appearances.
We can actually do a lot more to grow and promote your podcast. Check out our audience development services.
YouTube Distribution and Strategy
YouTube is an essential part of distribution, but getting any meaningful performance out of the platform requires strategy. We can handle setting everything up for you, and we'll develop a plan for your YouTube presence that best aligns with your goals, existing content, and opportunities.
Ongoing Production and Strategy
Ongoing production with us, a branded and B2B podcast production agency, includes episode crafting and creative storytelling, technical distribution, project management, guest sourcing, and strategic review. Too many podcasts die because they run out of ideas, grow stale, and become a project to maintain instead of an asset creating momentum. Every episode needs the same detail and care in crafting stories that your audience wants to hear.
Okay, yes, storytelling has turned into a buzzword, but it's a word that has earned its place! First and foremost, we are storytellers skilled at turning your value and expertise into something fascinating. Something that builds an audience that keeps coming back — one that converts.
You're the expert in your industry; we're the experts in turning it into something your audience wants to give their attention to. No matter your niche. We've worked in industries like FinTech, consulting, and even chicken farming.
Below is what to expect in ongoing production.
Ready to talk?
Project Management
Your dedicated producer will be your main contact point. They'll run the main operation, sorting out scheduling for recordings, posting episodes and content, managing distribution, delivering scripts and episode drafts, and making it easy for you to do what you need to do.
You can be more active or more passive in the process if that suits you better. Either way, they'll keep everything, from getting the guest to posting the episode, running on schedule.
And they're not alone! Our producers also get support from associate producers, and we have thorough coverage planning.
Quarterly Reports, Reviews of Content, and Creative Iteration
A show that loses its creativity is a show that goes stale.
Throughout production, we are constantly listening to the audience, reading the engagement signals and your KPIs to find growth opportunities and keep improving the show.
We also have scheduled internal content reviews to get the fresh creative perspectives of our other producers. Every quarter, the larger team will analyse and present a report on what we can learn from the analytics (the ones that matter, like consumption rate). Then they'll assess whether you're reaching the right audience and what content is and isn't resonating.
In addition, they'll identify new opportunities in both creative iteration and audience growth. For the former, think things like trying out fun new formats, adding segments, or changing the tone.
Story/Angle Curation
Deciding on a guest or a topic is only the first step in the process. How you tell that story, what hooks you use, and the way you angle it make the difference between something generic and something lasting. We think about why your audience would care, what they haven't heard before, and what would make your content something people can't get anywhere else.
Human-Written Scripts
We've done everything from light narration on curated interview shows to fully scripted fiction pieces. We'll write as much as your show needs; we love doing it.
Our production team has writers with various backgrounds, including journalism, theatre, and film. If you're ever curious, ask your producer about their side project.
The point is, every episode has a thoughtful, human-written script with storytelling strategy and a voice that will represent your brand the way you want it to.
Guest Curation, Research, and Vetting
Who you have on your show matters. Are you using your podcast for an ABM strategy? Is it purely about expertise, or content?
You could also be looking to learn about a target audience. This list could keep going, but the rule of threes means it has to end here.
Regardless of the purpose, finding the right guests is more than just finding availability. Scheduling and communications are things we do, but more importantly, we help determine who those right guests are.
From a content lens, do they have something to say that adds value? Will they be charismatic if the format requires it?
For production quality, if remote, do they have the right equipment? Do they have a good environment they can use?
Then there's the question of how having them on aligns with the show's overall identity. It's a lot to think about, but it's second nature for our producers. They're making sure every guest on your show makes the show better.
Before any guest joins the show, your producer will do background research and make notes. Things like whether there's a story they've told too many times so we can avoid it. Or an interesting part of their history that would make an additive anecdote. Also, the regular stuff, like career and relevant background information.
Then, we conduct a pre-interview (more on that below — so important!). In it, while gathering more information about them, our producers are also checking and making notes on everything above.
Guest Pre-Interviews
This really is one of the most undervalued parts of the process. It's more than just checking basics like their setup and presence, and prepping them.
We pre-interview every guest so that we can plan how they fit into the story and where they bring real, unique value. We'll look for the specific things that make them more excited to speak, where we should press in, and so on.
It's not about what they know; it's about how you get them to tell it. This is where you start before you craft a question pack. It's the secret to getting the best out of every guest.
A humble brag: we hear all the time from experienced guests that our process is the most engaging and thoughtful they've been through.
Thirty minutes with a guest and the right production strategy can be the difference between meh and amazing.
RSS and YouTube Episode Distribution
We manage the distribution feeds. Once you give us the final sign-off on the content, you don't need to think about it again. Just wait for the episode to pop up, as scheduled, in your feed.
We'll make sure it gets to all major podcast platforms and your YouTube channel. If your show is audio-only, YouTube presence is still a discovery opportunity you don't want to miss. In its simplest form, we build a YouTube presence with the audio over a set animated visual.
YouTube Optimisation and Asset Design
Posting on YouTube is not the same as posting on Apple or Spotify. It's a platform of its own with unique audience behaviour, analytics, and opportunities like discoverability and virality.
Those are opportunities you won't see if you don't understand how YouTube works.
Thumbnails should follow specific design rules while still representing your brand the way you want. Titles, too, have a set of rules to follow. There's a strategy behind how you phrase things, what you stress, and how you turn it into something that hooks someone in enough to click. The text on the thumbnail needs to complement that.
Every episode, your producer will come up with a few variations (for A/B testing) of titles and thumbnails. Then it goes to our in-house YouTube thumbnail designer, then to you for review and the final sign-off.
Aside from packaging, we also follow internal strategy guidance for writing intros, posting, show descriptions, and everything that goes with having a show on the platform. We've even built out a formal framework for how we read and analyse YouTube analytics so you can identify meaningful growth, not just vanity stats.
In-Session Recording Support
In both in-person and virtual sessions, for narration and interview recordings alike, your producer will be there to make sure everybody is set up tech-wise, recording properly, the volume levels are good, and so on.
For narration recordings, they can also do things like say, "Can we get that again with just a little more…?". If that wasn't clear because of the attempt at humour, they can direct the host. They can offer support, guidance, and creative direction.
During interviews, they can also help steer the interview to get the best content and give input on things we should dig into or move on from.
Episode Revision Process
We know there can be a lot of layers of approval, but that still shouldn't be a blocker in getting your episodes out on time. We've built in an efficient and clear revision process as a part of our production schedule so it's not a concern.
Your part in the process is easy: we use dedicated tools like Notetracks and Frame.io to make it easy to collaboratively leave notes directly on the episodes. No emails getting lost, no having to remember the timestamp where you wanted a change, no scattered conversations. Just a link, your comments, and then an updated version.
Recording Studio Sourcing and Correspondence
If you're looking to record video or audio in person, our team has a process for sourcing, vetting, and handling communications with the studio. We know what to look for to ensure good quality and proper file-transfer logistics. You show up, we'll do the rest.
Podcast Audio Production
Our sound designers aren't just there to polish the audio and add music. Our production quality is industry standard, so your show is going to sound amazing, but beyond that, our sound designers are another layer of creativity.
They bring personality to the design, the music choices, the pacing. They've even been known to create complete soundscapes for fictional storytelling.
The sound design team is made up of passionate creatives as much as they are technical artists. Alex is a member of an active rock band. Alex is a board member for a non-profit audio newspaper service in his community.
That's not a typo, by the way... we just have a lot of team members named Alex.
Here's a quick summary of what our team can do.

Our clients have been featured on
Industry-Standard Editing and Mastering
The true secret to a good podcast is that it has to sound good, literally. Your show will be as professional as it gets.
Custom Human-Composed Music
Did I mention that we have professional musicians on our team? We can make your music truly unique by making it from scratch for you. Tell us the genre, the mood, the instrument, or tell us nothing except what you want it to say about your brand, and we'll write and produce it for you. No AI.
Sound Effects and Design
There's a lot we can do here: simple sound effects that just add a light layer of polish to your show, custom segment stingers, and music to drive the emotion.
As mentioned before, we can also build a whole world for you and create a complete audio drama. Alex (the second one) still goes on about how fun it was to imagine and create the sound of a futuristic race car revving.
To use the classic but always true phrase, audio is "theatre of the mind," and our imaginations are big. And yes, we're nerds about it, but you'll love us for it.
Podcast Video Production
Just like our sound designers add another layer of polish and creativity, our video editors do the same. Your video shouldn't just look like a recorded call; it should feel like it was meant to be a video.
Our producers help you curate everything from your background and lighting to your host's presentation on screen. They source footage and come up with creative ways to use video rather than it being an afterthought.
Our in-house video editors create a visual theme based on your show branding and create visual assets and layouts. Your show should look as good as it sounds.

“With Lower Street, we found a partner that offered not just excellent podcast production but also strategic guidance that helped us start from scratch and creatively increase our new brand’s visibility. The growth campaigns they've guided have created a winning formula that helped us gain an engaged audience and achieve top rankings in the US Apple Podcasts charts. We’re excited for even greater things to come.”
We know what you're wondering
What are your rates?
Rates depend on your individual needs. Just get in touch to discuss your podcast plans and we can let you know what they will cost. But it's probably going to cost more than a freelance editor and less than a big agency.
How long does it take to launch a podcast?
That really depends on you. How quickly will you be able to feedback on creatives, give us the information we need, and sign things off internally?
We can be up and running in as little as a couple of weeks. 6-10 weeks from kick-off call to episode 1 going out is typical, but if you're more ambitious with your podcast production style or content, it could take longer to develop.
Can you advise me on the best podcast equipment I need?
Absolutely. This is part of our launch process, we’ll walk you through what you need to achieve the best possible recordings. Get in touch with us to get started.
Can I hear some of the other podcasts you've produced?
We'd love you to! You can find some of the recent shows we've produced on our work page.
How long should my podcast be and how often should I release it?
Great questions. The answer really depends on you and your audience.
Content length and frequency should be informed by your target listener and what they need, but balanced with what is achievable for you.
This is exactly the stuff what we cover in our show development and launch process. We'd be happy to talk this through with you and create a custom podcast strategy for your goals. Let's talk.
Who is Lower Street and how long have you been in business?
Since starting in late 2016 Lower Street has mushroomed from a solo venture (that one man is me, Harry Morton, hi!) to a full-time team of more than 30.
Fully remote from the get-go, our team is dispersed across North America, the UK, Europe, and Asia. So whatever time zone you wake up in, we're probably online doing our thing.
This isn’t just a job for us. We genuinely love what we do and want to share our passion for audio/video storytelling. You can find out more about us here.
How many clients do you work with?
We've worked on thousands of podcast episodes to date, totalling millions of downloads in a range of industries.
At any one time we could be working with anywhere between 20-30 podcasts.
You can find some examples of our work here.
I've got more questions
