Marketing Podcast Production for Financial Advisors
Scale your marketing, build credibility, and create meaningful client relationships with a financial advisor podcast.
Podcasting Puts You Face-to-Face With Your Ideal Clients
It’s a crowded market out there. The international reach of the internet has made it easier than ever for clients to look beyond their local advisors. Now, they can choose from experts anywhere. That means you need to stand out, not just locally, but globally.
And when it comes to money, trust is everything. Clients don’t just want a financial advisor. They want someone they can believe in, someone who can break down complex decisions and guide them with confidence.
Podcasts let you do just that. They’re a medium to build thought leadership and create relationships that last. Instead of chasing leads with cold calls, you’re inviting them into a discussion where they get to know you. More importantly, you get to know them.
People want to be able to trust their financial advisor. This is the perfect medium to nurture that by bringing a personal touch into the equation.
"Lower Street brought finesse and flow to Grit & Growth, especially with a sound mix and scripting that truly engages listeners. They helped us create a stand-out podcast that shares insights from Stanford professors and industry experts, while also bringing the stories and experiences of entrepreneurs throughout Africa and South Asia to life."
Lower Street helped Stanford Seed establish their position as a leader in entrepreneurial training in emerging markets. Reaching the top of Apple Podcasts Charts in over 7 countries, they were able to reach and influence far beyond their intended audience.
Grit & Growth also received multiple awards, including Gold in Best Branded Content Publication from the Corporate Content Awards Europe, Official Selection of the New Media Film Festival and Cinemonic Podcast Festival, as well as a Nomination for a Webby Award.
Benefits Podcast Production for Financial Service Professionals
Establish Thought Leadership: Clients want to work with experts they trust. A podcast lets you share insights, explain trends, and show what you know in a way that builds real credibility.
Boost Brand Awareness: Your voice becomes your brand. With consistent episodes, listeners start to recognize your name, and you reach potential clients without coming across as pushy.
Build a Network of Ideal Clients: Podcasting opens doors to conversations with high-value prospects, whether they end up as guests on your show or just listeners. You're building relationships with the right people either way.
Nurture Relationships: Financial advising runs on trust. A podcast lets you connect on a personal level, through real conversations that resonate with potential clients.
Expand Your Reach: Unlike traditional marketing, podcasts travel. Your insights can reach listeners well beyond your local market, putting you in front of clients who might never have found you otherwise.
I Want InWhy Work With Lower Street?
We've been making podcasts since 2016, back when "branded podcasts" still needed explaining at most companies.
In that time we've shipped shows that hit #1 on Apple Podcasts more times than we can list on one page, and landed coverage in The Times and Forbes along the way.
None of that matters much if the show itself is forgettable, though. So we treat every episode like it has to earn the audience.
Pacing, sound, the questions we ask in the room, all of it is built around one question: would someone actually choose to listen to this on their commute, with a hundred other things competing for their attention?
That's the bar. Concept, production, promotion, we run all 3, and we run them with your expertise as a financial advisor plugged into every podcast marketing decision. You know the subject. We know how to turn it into something people stick around for.

We know what you're wondering
What are your rates?
Rates depend on your individual needs. Just get in touch to discuss your podcast plans and we can let you know what they will cost. But it's probably going to cost more than a freelance editor and less than a big agency.
How long does it take to launch a podcast?
That really depends on you. How quickly will you be able to feedback on creatives, give us the information we need, and sign things off internally?
We can be up and running in as little as a couple of weeks. 6-10 weeks from kick-off call to episode 1 going out is typical, but if you're more ambitious with your podcast production style or content, it could take longer to develop.
Can you advise me on the best podcast equipment I need?
Absolutely. This is part of our launch process, we’ll walk you through what you need to achieve the best possible recordings. Get in touch with us to get started.
Can I hear some of the other podcasts you've produced?
We'd love you to! You can find some of the recent shows we've produced on our work page.
How long should my podcast be and how often should I release it?
Great questions. The answer really depends on you and your audience.
Content length and frequency should be informed by your target listener and what they need, but balanced with what is achievable for you.
This is exactly the stuff what we cover in our show development and launch process. We'd be happy to talk this through with you and create a custom podcast strategy for your goals. Let's talk.
Who is Lower Street and how long have you been in business?
Since starting in late 2016 Lower Street has mushroomed from a solo venture (that one man is me, Harry Morton, hi!) to a full-time team of more than 30.
Fully remote from the get-go, our team is dispersed across North America, the UK, Europe, and Asia. So whatever time zone you wake up in, we're probably online doing our thing.
This isn’t just a job for us. We genuinely love what we do and want to share our passion for audio/video storytelling. You can find out more about us here.
How many clients do you work with?
We've worked on thousands of podcast episodes to date, totalling millions of downloads in a range of industries.
At any one time we could be working with anywhere between 20-30 podcasts.
You can find some examples of our work here.
